This service provides an SLA and priority queue to your site. If you are using a Lassens.IT hosted plan, your SLA would be 99.9% uptime with this plan. Also, your support tickets will be routed as high priority and given the first attention. Retainer plans already include priority support.
This package only contains one support hour. We will attempt to complete work before that time runs out. Existing support hours/contracts, if any, will be used before billing at the standard rate. Consider a retainer for recurring maintenance.
