Details:
- 20 hours/month – ($85/hr) – Hours reset on the first of each month
- General IT support (remote)
- Troubleshooting & issue resolution
- System maintenance (updates, patches)
- Basic security monitoring
- Email / ticket support
Retainer Only Perks:

Not applicable to coding, major website design, malware removal. Work beyond hours will be billed at the standard rate. Emergency or after hours work will be billed at an overtime rate. On-site work will be negotiated upon request.
